Who runs this show?
Captain of Giants
Gerry Bates. Gerry is our Captain and does a sterling job of keeping us all in line - most of the time!!!
Secretary
Helen Eyre. Helen is the organisational powerhouse behind the Giants' team - working tirelessly to make sure we're all in the right place at the right time. Helen's the nice lady to speak to if you'd like to book the Giants for your event.
Treasurer
Mike Noppen. Mike watches the pennies and the pounds, and stops us spending too much money on icecream at Sidmouth.
Dresser
Sarah Eykyn. Sarah ran the Sheffield Street Festival in 1991 when the Manresa Giants first visited: and again in 1992 when the Festival commissioned the Sheffield Giants. She's been intimately involved with the Giants' clothing since the beginning, and single-handedly made Peace's current costume!
Leader of Dance
Ben Dyson. The enfant terrible of Sheffield City Giants, With the team's trust on his shoulders, Ben's youthful enthusiasm has transformed into a mature responsibility for our dance curriculum.
Band Leader
Paul Edwards. Paul is in charge of the famous Giants' Band. He plays mandola and keeps the band in very good order.
Publicity
Gill Noppen-Spacie. Gill has a thing about concertinas. But that doesn't stop her from producing lots of lovely posters, business cards and you-name-it for the team.
